How to perfect your morning and night routine?

A realistic routine should elevate your life, not overwhelm it. It needs to fit seamlessly into your day, supporting you rather than exhausting you. I consider myself a true queen of routines, someone who believes that structure can be both soft and powerful. With that in mind, here are a few carefully curated tips to help you create a daily rhythm that feels effortless and intentional.

          MORNING ROUTINE

Mornings are about intention. This is where the tone of your entire day is set.

  • Make your bed first thing. Invest in a lavender linen spray for an instant sense of calm and polish.

  • Do not scroll on your phone when you wake up. Your mind deserves peace before information.

  • Start with movement. Gentle stretching is more than enough to wake the body.

  • Go for a morning walk. Fresh air is non-negotiable.

  • Review your plan for the day, so you move with purpose, not panic.

  • Never skip breakfast. A Skyr yogurt with muesli and a slice of toast is elite and balanced.

  • Drink a full glass of water. Essential, always.

  • Sip green tea for a soft, clean energy boost.

  • Get ready for the day, even if you are staying home. Looking put together is a mindset.

  • Pro tip: If you need to be somewhere in the morning, wake up earlier than necessary. Give yourself time that belongs only to you. When you prioritize yourself first thing, the entire day flows better. Hot girls never wake up at the last minute and rush.

NIGHT ROUTINE

Nights are for slowing down, grounding yourself, and closing the day with intention.

  • Take a long walk to decompress and reset your nervous system.

  • Take your time in the bathroom. This is self-care, not a task.

  • Skincare is mandatory. No exceptions.

  • Eat a nourishing dinner, followed by a small sweet treat. Balance is chic.

  • Avoid phones and television. Read a book for at least one hour before sleep.

  • Drink mint tea to soothe your stomach and relax your body.

  • Take five minutes to reflect on your day. Write what went well and what could be improved.

  • Prepare a to-do list for tomorrow so your mind can rest.

  • If you need to be somewhere early, choose your outfit the night before.
